Where possible Prosonic aim for next day delivery to any major center in South Africa (although we have a 95% success rate), there is a couple of factors out of our control which should please be considered.
- Orders to ship same day, need to be placed and fully paid for, by latest 12:00 on the day of shipping (Please note, funds must reflect in our account before we can ship).
- Our stock as well as supplier stock holding might delay shipping, hence we urge customers to confirm stock before payment is done.
- There might be a delay from the courier side, although our couriers are extremely reliable, unforeseen issues such as broken trucks, strikes, peak seasons and traffic amongst others could disrupt normal deliveries. Our couriers are extremely good in re-routing goods, in the unlikely event’s mentioned above.
- In some instances, our couriers need to hand over products to third party courier’s, as per their contract with smaller parties to deliver in remote areas. This will normally add a day or two, but we will keep you up to speed.
- Due to couriers not working on public holidays, orders cannot be shipped on public holidays. Orders placed on a Public Holiday’s will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
- Although no deliveries will be made over weekends, goods will be shipped to the various courier depot’s, during weekends. In other words, packages sent by us on Friday, should be ready for delivery by the Monday.
Once a booking is made, Prosonic will have a tracking number, which can be made available on request. We will follow up with couriers on all parcels enroute and notify you of any possible, changes or delays.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
While we do everything, we can ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
In the event of us shipping goods and all products ordered are not available at the time we will give you the choice of part shipment, wait for all products to arrive or cancelation of order. All orders sent require a signature on delivery.
Prosonic will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Prosonic will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
