Types of Data Collected

When you purchase something from Prosonic, we do not collect personal information provided to us, such as your name, address, and email address. In order to fulfil quotes, orders and delivery, we need this information to meet our obligation. Prosonic has a secure site with a valid 256 bit SSL certificate which we use to establish a secure connection between our servers and your device. The SSL connection protects sensitive data, such as credit card information, exchanged during each visit. All information, contact detail, banking details and credit card information are protected at the same level as used by banks.

Use of direct payment gateway

Data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only for as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
