At Prosonic we understand the importance of your investment in high-quality professional electronics. We are committed to providing you with top-tier products and exceptional customer service. However, we also recognize that there may be occasions when you need to initiate a return. This detailed return policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning professional electronics. 1) Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if you meet the following criteria:

The product is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

The return is initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Gift cards, software products and consumables for example ink, cartridges and print paper cannot be refunded

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Goods need to be returned to Prosonic, 54 Tshilonde Street, Elephant Hills, The Wilds Security Estate, Pretoria only.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

The product must not show any signs of misuse, negligence, or tampering.

Prosonic may provide return labels for your convenience (goods to be handled by our couriers); the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund.

2) Special imports

Stock Ordered on special request will result in an irrevocable order with no cancellations or credit allowed.

Please note, items specifically ordered for a customer, from our local or international suppliers cannot be considered for return by Prosonic for whatever reason. Goods will only be ordered once full payment is received. In cases where suppliers agree

to refund Prosonic, an arrangement will be made to accommodate the customer.

3) Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring your package, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Without insurance the courier company will not pay out any losses occurred.

4) Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If a faulty unit need to be replaced, the new product will be shipped as soon as the faulty unit has been returned. Please bear in mind that replacement units might not always be in stock, but we endeavour to fulfil the replacement as a matter of urgency.

If the item is approved, we will process your return within 7 business days.

If the item does not meet our return criteria, we will contact you to discuss the issue and return options.

5) Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6) Warranty and Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. Some suppliers allow only 5 days to notify a product which is dead on arrival or does not work according to specification.

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

7) Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

8) Dispatch, part deliveries ROE and acts of God

Orders are accepted by Prosonic on the basis that the prices charged will be those ruling at the date of dispatch of the order.

Products on backorder, will be invoiced at the new landed cost or price charged based on factors such as fluctuation due to shipping, rate of exchange, increases from supplier etc. Prosonic, will not increase pricing unless the supplier has a price change.

Should a product be discontinued or changed for whatever reason, and cannot be sourced any longer, Prosonic will do a full refund. Under no circumstances, will a product be replaced with a different model, unless both parties agree on a possible solution which could include price variance amongst others. Should a part delivery have been made and further stock to fulfil the order is no longer available, a refund for the balance of the order will be done, unless the parties can agree on an amicable way to complete the order.

9) Quote validity

Quotes are valid for 24 Hours. Specifications are subject to change without prior notice (as per our agreement with suppliers and manufacturers).

10) Changes to this Policy

Prosonic reserves the right to update and modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
